Cancellation policy

If you cannot attend an appointment, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so the time can be offered to another family. Use the options provided by the scheduler where available, or contact the practice by phone. Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking availability. If your child develops urgent symptoms before the appointment, do not wait for the scheduled time; call 112 or attend the nearest emergency department.
